Thanks ONCE AGAIN to the doctor of music, Dr. Trey, for operating on our site to make it look more… FRESHY? Hahaaa… Apparently, that’s the name of the theme he used for us. But Mai, Tiki and i LOVE IT Trey! HUGS, KISSES and HIGH FIVES to you! So… what’s new with the site??

If you’ve been on our site prior to last night, you would’ve noticed that the LOOK is different. The color theme and header is most noticeable. I LOVE that Trey decided to use just our EYES for the picture. It’s so mysterious… yet sexy at the same time. so cool.

One of my favorite new things is the LIVE SHOUTBOX. This makes it easier for us and everyone that visits the site to see what’s on your mind. Hopefully it’s Mighty J! lol. But, seriously… all you have to do is type the name you want to be identified as and type in a comment, then click the SEND button! We plan to check the box daily, so we’ll make sure we read your shout out!

You can also LEAVE COMMENTS on our blogs. Most of the time we’re just posting random thoughts that have NOTHING to do with music, but if we’ve sparked some interest, we’d love to get your thoughts on the matter too! And you don’t always have to agree… Hey! I just quoted one of Mailani’s songs (”The One I Keep” from the CHANGING album by Keahiwai)! shma’ kine PLUG.

We also just added an EVENTS CALENDAR! As you can already tell, by looking at the side bar —>, we have some upcoming events posted already. THREE, at the time of this blog. The calendar is also shown on the PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE page. We’re still rehearsing, but plan to really start to make our way around… spreading the word about the upcoming album, the Mighty J TV vidcast and our website. We also intend to post gigs from our other bands as well: Keahiwai, Milo Shade, Simple Souls and Kanalo so that you folks can stay in the loop. Click on the events listed to see details. Oh… and something Trey told me today, is that ALL you MAC computer users out there can click on the little icon centered above the monthly calendar on the sidebar to regularly receive all events posted by Mighty J off our website. Sad. I’m a PC user.

We will soon be adding a PHOTO GALLERY to share our regular ventures. Our PRESS page will have content available for download as soon as we’re through putting those together. So much cool stuff.

What’s really neat is that our site isn’t messy and cluttered. We really wanted something available for people to look at regularly and something we can update at any given time that was user-friendly. I think we got what we wanted.
